Microbe Activated Barley Straw+, or
MABS+ for short, comes already in plastic mesh tubing and includes a water soluble pouch of our all natural bacteria to enhance the effects of the
Barley Straw. It is important to know how much
Barley Straw you will need. To much Straw can cause a significant increase in carbon dioxide in the water, thus resulting in fish kill. To avoid this problem it is recommended that you use 2oz of straw per square feet surface area of your lake or pond. It's That Easy!!
